Class Levels:

Level One: This level is suitable for beginner students, foundation poses are taught.

Level Two: A general level class for students with twelve months or more of regular attendance.

Level Three: Experienced Iyengar yoga students only.

To gain maximum benefit at this level a regular home practice is required.
