Level one: This class is suitable for students new to Iyengar yoga-foundation poses are taught here.
Level One-Two: At this level we continue on with the foundation poses to bring strength and stability

Level Two: A general level class for more experienced students who have been attending class regularly

Level Three: This class is geared towards the teachers, trainees and experienced Iyengar yoga students
who have been working consistently with Christine and are willing to take a deeper look at their practice
